The spray applicator makes it very easy to apply. 
If this is difficult, saturate a cotton ball or cloth, then apply. There are difficult areas to reach and assistance may be needed.

Spray on the Nut-Med very liberally. Saturate the area well and rub in to your best ability. The oils are very light and will soak in quickly.

Apply again immediately for extra strength and quicker results.

Feeling relief will be immediate and longer penetrating relief will begin in about 15 minutes. This will break the pain cycle. 1 - 6 hours of relief is possible. Or in some cases permanent relief will occur.

Apply again, as needed. Apply liberally. Saturate area. Massage.
